How will the case file be packaged?

The case file will use eco-friendly materials. It will be stored in a reusable frosted ziplock, secured in a bubble mailer envelope. With the exception of a piece of bubble mailer, DAY ONE FILES assures that it contributes to environmental stewardship!

Do I need anything other than the case file?

Yes. The case file is an interactive game that requires the use of technology. You will need an internet connection to access the answer key and some bonus information.

How do I solve the case?

You have the freedom to solve the case however you want to. As the detective, you're the only one who can call the shots! You have one job though, and that is to find the killer. You may do the process of elimination by making a list of the means, motive, and opportunities of every suspect... or you can choose to just go with the flow and trust your instincts. If you're ever stuck in the dark, you can open a clue or two to guide you in solving the case!

What's inside the case file?

The case file will include documents and photographs regarding the case. The coroner's report, newspaper articles, evidence sheets, and interrogation forms are among the many materials inside your file!
